Interview - Alex Marquez on Depression & Mental Health

In this episode, Elder Alex Marquez shares his personal story on how a major health situation altered his life and led him down a path of depression, even while being a follower of God.  We discuss ways that helped him personally overcome those feelings and thoughts and what steps he took to get back to the person he used to be.  We also discuss how each individual church member as well as church leaders can become more aware of the problems we all face and how we can be more supportive to each other to help overcome the obstacles of life.  This episode has a major focus on our mental health.
